Welcome to dganitblechnershop.com (the "Site"), operated by Dganit Blechner ("we", "us", or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

We sell fine-art prints, framed prints, and related artworks reproduced from original works by Dganit Blechner. Each product is produced on demand by our production partner, Gelato.

Product photography is for illustration. Colors may vary slightly between the on-screen image and the printed product due to monitor calibration, paper type, and lighting.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or local sales taxes that may apply in your country. Customs duties, when applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

3. Shipping and delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping. Production typically takes 2 to 4 business days, and delivery times vary by destination. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Returns, refunds, and cancellation

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We will replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation of a transaction. You may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. To cancel, please email us at info@dganitblechner.com as soon as possible. Please note that, under the Consumer Protection Law, the right of cancellation does not apply to goods made to order or specially manufactured for the customer, which includes our made-to-order prints once production has begun. This does not affect your rights in respect of items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, designs, and text on the Site are the property of Dganit Blechner and are protected by copyright. When you purchase a print, you receive ownership of that physical print only. You do not receive any right to reproduce, resell commercially, or create derivative works from the artwork.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use the content of the Site for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe any intellectual property rights, to transmit viruses or harmful code, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and the products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In no event will Dganit Blechner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, except where consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you a different right.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
