Refund policy

Each Dganit Blechner print is made to order by our production partner, Gelato. Because of this, we handle returns and refunds as follows.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or framing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge.

To claim a replacement, please contact us at info@dganitblechner.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A photo of the shipping box if the damage is from transit

We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows the order has not been delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Change of mind

Because each print is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or ordering the wrong artwork. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

EU customers

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, which includes our made-to-order prints. By placing an order, you acknowledge that this right does not apply.

This does not affect your rights regarding damaged or defective goods.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@dganitblechner.com. We can usually cancel within a few hours of order placement, before production begins. Once production has started with Gelato, we cannot cancel the order.

Refund processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
