Each Dganit Blechner print is made to order by our production partner, Gelato. We stand behind every piece with our 14-day money-back guarantee, in addition to full protection against damage, defects, or shipping errors.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not completely happy with your print for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund - no reason needed. Email us at info@dganitblechner.com with your order number and we will process a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. You do not need to return the physical print unless we specifically ask you to; if we do request a return, we will cover the return shipping cost.

To be eligible, simply contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or framing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge, or refund you in full — your choice.

To claim a replacement or refund, please contact us at info@dganitblechner.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A photo of the shipping box if the damage is from transit

Lost in transit
If your tracking shows the order has not been delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Change of mind
Change-of-mind requests are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee above — just reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you in full, no reason needed.

EU customers
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, please note that under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, which includes our made-to-order prints. However, we voluntarily extend the same protection to all EU customers through our 14-day money-back guarantee described above, which applies regardless of this statutory exemption.

This does not affect your rights regarding damaged or defective goods.

Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@dganitblechner.com. We can usually cancel within a few hours of order placement, before production begins. Once production has started with Gelato, we cannot cancel the order before it ships - but you can still use our 14-day money-back guarantee once it arrives.

Refund processing
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
